Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 7, 2026
Welcome to FairSettlement.org. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our AI-powered personal injury settlement calculator.
IMPORTANT: FairSettlement.org provides settlement estimates using the industry-standard multiplier method. Our estimates do NOT guarantee any specific settlement outcome. Always consult a licensed attorney for legal advice specific to your case.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using FairSettlement.org (the "Site" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Service.
2. Description of Service
FairSettlement.org provides:
- Settlement Calculator: An AI-powered tool that estimates personal injury settlement values using the multiplier method
- Fairness Score™: A comparative analysis of settlement offers against estimated fair value
- Demand Letter Generator: A tool to generate customizable demand letter templates in PDF format
- Educational Content: Information about personal injury settlements, multiplier methodology, and legal processes
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
3.1 Settlement Estimates
The information provided through FairSettlement.org, including settlement estimates, Fairness Scores, demand letters, and all content, are generated using the industry-standard multiplier method and general formulas. They do not account for the unique circumstances of your case.
3.2 No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of FairSettlement.org does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us, our owners, employees, contractors, or any affiliated parties.
Any information you enter into our calculator or demand letter generator is not confidential or privileged attorney-client communication.
3.3 Consult a Licensed Attorney
Every personal injury case is unique. Factors such as liability, evidence quality, jurisdiction, insurance policy limits, comparative negligence, and many others significantly impact settlement outcomes.
We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed personal injury attorney in your jurisdiction before making any legal decisions, accepting settlement offers, or sending demand letters.
4. Accuracy and Limitations of Estimates
4.1 Estimates Are Not Guarantees
Our settlement calculator uses the multiplier method, a widely recognized approach used by insurance adjusters and attorneys. However:
- Estimates are based on the information you provide and general formulas
- We cannot account for case-specific factors, evidence strength, or liability disputes
- Actual settlements vary widely based on jurisdiction, insurance carriers, legal representation, and negotiation
- Our estimates do NOT guarantee or predict your actual settlement amount
4.2 No Warranty of Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate estimates based on industry-standard methodologies, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, estimates, or content provided through the Service.
4.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
